As a Reinforcement Steel Detailer, you will produce precise reinforced steel shop drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and collaborate with engineering and production teams on major construction projects. You’ll support project accuracy, maintain documentation standards, and manage multiple detailing assignments under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field
• 3–5 years relevant experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in CAD; skilled in deriving electronic quantities
• Strong multitasking ability for multiple and urgent projects
• Experience in construction CAD; reinforcing steel exposure preferred
• High attention to detail
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet proficiency

As a Project Scheduler, you will develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules for federal, facilities, and heavy-civil assignments. Using Primavera P6, you’ll ensure timelines, progress, and resources align with project expectations while supporting accurate reporting and risk-based scheduling methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• 3–5 years scheduling experience in federal or heavy-civil projects
• Experience with NAVFAC or USACE standards
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (required), MS Project (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CPM, EVM, and TIA methodologies
• Skilled in reading drawings, specs, and WBS structures
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability

Qualifications

• Strong DWDM and coherent modulation knowledge
• Experience in metro, long-haul, and subsea transport systems
• Familiarity with Ciena, Cisco, PacketLight platforms
• Skilled in interpreting link budgets and optical performance metrics
